Numeracy - adding and subtracting

Today the Numeracy set showed their competitive side trying to be the first one reaching 20. There were a few excited children in the classroom when they won!

The class were adding or taking away 2 using number lines.

Puppets

Year 2 have been focusing on puppets in our Spring Topic Toys.

The children began by investigating different types of puppets and creating there very own hand puppet.

Well done 2CB on making fabulous puppets. The class worked hard on turning the puppets into animals.

Safer Internet Day 2014
